I am going to write some tips how to reduce fat of such people as have been shown in the above pictures:
1. The first tip is - Eat only at the time you are hungry.
2. Enjoy your food by eating slowly. Because if you eat slowly, the message from your stomach reach the part of your brain slowly (almost after 20 minutes) which control the stomach.
3. Avoid doing anything else when your eating. Eat with full conscious concentration.
4. It is important to fully enjoy every morsel of your food.
5. Pause in the middle of the meal to assess how truly hungry you are still.
6. Stop eating when you have had enough.
7. Never use big plate or container for your food.
8. Sleep is a must because if you don't sleep well, it can lead to over-eating.
9. Never thing about fat or over-oily diets.
10. Start taking regular exercise and the gradually increase the amount of exercise every week.
11. Participate in every activity which may need a little exertion.
12. Walk is is good exercise. It strengthens the muscles and develop the stamina. Adopt this habit on regular basis.
As it is said that a journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step, so you can can cover the journey of you healthy life with first good habit.
